Please note that personalized or engraved items are generally ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the item in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, as markers and headstones are heavy and fragile.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking information for your records.

  Inspection and Refund
